MADSkillz was a youth-initiated and youth-driven creation of an informal youth economy, centred around Commercial Drive, building on the strengths and talents of youth. Through this exchange, one youth member was able to receive lessons (let's say, in piano) from a second youth member for building (let's say, a table) for a third youth member.
